Keep the bottom hand UNDER the pole during the run. :yes:

Does it have anything to do with the movement of the arms during the carry? What I mean is that I noticed that bubkas bottom arm elbow moves up and down, and his top arm elbow moves side to side.
On a whole new level 6-20-09
