what do u think is the most inportant part of your takeoff to focus on when ur trying to learn how to bend?

stay tall at take off and DO NOT bend your left arm at plant

my advice is to not pull with your top arm...I grew up in the vault world doing that and know it is a total b**** try and correct. so dont do it

push your plant up as high as you can and RESIST with the bottom arm. DO NOT push with the bottom arm, just resist against it collapsing.
