Rule #1: Read the other posts in this forum and use the search feature BEFORE you post. Somebody else has already asked whatever you are about to ask.

Rule #2: Please include as much as possible of the following information in your post:
Height:
Weight:
Length and weight rating of pole you are using now:
How high you are gripping on that pole:
Where you have your standards:
Age:
How long you have been vaulting:

pretty sure that we will get to read that cause people are lazy and think that thier problem is unique. so they dont read to find what someone has already said

I would like to point out that the search feature on this site now works really well ever since I upgraded the board to phpBB3 a year or so ago.

Keep in mind that there's actually THREE different ways to search ...

In the top right corner, there's a GLOBAL search (search for keywords anywhere in any thread on any forum) ... and there's an ADVANCED GLOBAL search.

And on the left hand side (next to the REPLY button) there's a THREAD search. This search is confined to the current thread.

Using these 3 search methods, you can usually find what you're looking for quite quickly.

Just remember to search for different spellings. For example, if you want info about highbar drills, you may have to search for "highbar drills" AND "high bar drills".

There is also fourth way to search: type in Google

Code: Select all

search_phrase site:polevaultpower.com
and you don't need to worry about spelling (nice feature for me). For example searching for

Code: Select all

highbar drills site:polevaultpower.com
will return everything including "highbar drills", "high-bar drills", "hig bar drill" and "high bar drills".
