im asking this more out of curiosity, but has anyone ever had a sprained neck, like torn ligaments or something?
doctor says i do, but im skeptical because it doesnt hurt that much anymore, i wouldnt think it would be so serious
and also, anyone had a bruised sternum, cuz i got one of those too, dang they hurt

Do you wear a helmet when you pole vault?

i do not, haha, wouldnt have made a difference though, my neck still would have bent funny
