Training with an Injury

Unread postby bb12334 » Sun Jan 15, 2012 4:00 pm

I have a hurt shoulder, and therefore cannot vault, or lift. I however have been running a lot, helping coach other vaulters so i can improve my self analysis of my own vault, and have been doing lots of ab work. Are there only drills or things i can be doing to improve my vaulting without putting stress on my shoulder? Any help would be greatly appreciated because i have been out of vaulting for several months and I want to make up for lost time.

Thanks,
-Alex

Are you working with a physical therapist to strengthen that shoulder?
