PreSeason Lifting

Im currently a junior and want to prepare for the outdoor season. I know my weakness is not lifting enough.I have a job so i cant do indoor season. so im looking for plan that would help me build my core arms and back. id like a plan for monday wednesday and friday ans something small for in between days so when im at work or home when i cant get to the gym thanks very much
