HELP!

Unread postby JonathanH10197 » Sat Mar 14, 2015 4:42 pm

Hi, I am a junior in high school and I only vault 11ft the thing that is holding me back is the second half of my vault. The run and plant are good but everything afterwards isn't good at all. Does anyone have any tips?

Here's a tip for you ...

I'm quite sure that the second half of your vault is being held back by the flaws in the first half of your vault. You need to work on your run and plant. And your takeoff. Stop focussing on the second half of your vault.

Post a vid, and I'll explain why.

Or just read the recent threads on the Video Review forum, and you'll figure it out yourself.

So is your PR 10 feet or 11 feet? Your profile says 10 feet.
