http://www.justin.tv/channel34) is evidently delayed too, since they just showed Sotherton's 6.79 LJ, but it's free and doesn't feature Carol Lewis. :-)
Edit: WCSN is running 6-7 minutes behind "live" based on the BBC radio commentary, and they just now showed Sotherton's 6.79, so it appears that "justin.tv" is significantly less delayed.

I still haven't found any live scoring, but they just showed Murer & Dragila clearing 4.55 on their second and third attempts respectively.
