Wonder if the pit behind the box is too close and inhibiting pole rotation?
5.405 in '69 Those not living on the edge are taking up too much room!!!

They're probably coming up short because it's the Olypmics....and they're running faster than ever with all that adrenaline pumping through their bodies...putting them under.

hookers last attempt at 5.85 was nice. he seems to be really inconsistent with coming up short and then almost blowing through??

Maybe It's that box camera getting in the way..

What is the first tie-breaker..total misses or misses at the previous height?

Hooker's 3rd attempt jump was sloppy and wide right but still had plenty of height

the russian just barely brushed the bar. it looked like it was going to stay. it fell after a few moments

HOOKER missed his first attempt as well. no where near it
