Florida State's Walter Dix ran 10.05 in the 100 then came back to run 19.69 in the 200(7th fastest time in world history) at the regional meet and hes only a jr. the video is on letsrun.com

yea the wind was legal he said it felt like a head wind when he was running the 100

I have to chime in here. I watched that race, and it was one of the most amazing things I have ever seen. It literally looked like he had a rocket strapped on him out of the blocks. He was made up the stagger four strides out.

I also have to say what a class act Walter is. After the happenings here at Tech a month and a half ago, he was extremely generous with kind words after the ACC meet that weekend, and even passed a kind message to me to pass on to our team through facebook.

Class act and damn fast. I am pulling for him for all the way.
