well, i have found this horrible addiction again so i thought i might as well say hello to the home-staters... since i am no longer technically a resident of illinois. how's it going, y'all?? (i go to school in georgia so i get to say that)

I was at Emory on Saturday. I jumped a big NH and then they didnt even put me in the results!

that sucks, i'm sorry!! yeah, saturday was a pretty bad day for vaulting... i've had more success vaulting in the snow back up north. i'm hoping for better weather this upcoming saturday cuz we have another home meet.

For once I actually didn't choke at state. I ended up getting 2nd with 12-6 which isn't my best, but i think i competed pretty well.

ya i saw that you got second...hehe it was funny cuz me and kat were talkin bout who was gonna win outta you, brittany, and taylor...and im like ahh it'll be tremmel or gergel, i don't see brittany winning...hehe ya and Brittany won. But ya i was ranked ninth and got like 15th of 40...it was bad, totally sucks cuz i don't have another chance. Ohh well off to college vaulting now.

whats up everybody? great to see there is so much support for the vault in illinois! i will be back in illinois the last week in june, after us nationals, helping coach at some open vault sessions if anyone is interested. will probably take place at sterling high school on tuesday and friday around 4pm. email me at jnovault@yahoo.com if your interested!!!

wow feels like forever since i have visited polevaultpower!!!! And my summer is ok Liz. Ive been in alabama since June 4th, can't wait to get back to good ol' Illinois on the 11th of August YAY!!
