2005 Pole Vault Clinic
For Boy and Girls

Date: Sunday, December 4, 2005
Place: CMU's Indoor Athletic Complex
Time: 9 a.m. to 4 p.m.
For: 7th through 12th grade boys and girls
Cost: $70
Includes: Lunch and Clinic Shirt

Features

This clinic is designed for beginning to serious pole vault athletes. It is a great way to get a head start on the indoor/outdoor season. Individualized instruction will include all aspects of training including conditioning, plyometrics and medicine ball training. Participants will then be divided into groups based on grade and receive specialized training in the following areas:
Run Technique
Approach
Positioning
Landing
Plant
Participants will need to bring the following equipment: training shoes, spikes and their own pole. If you do not have your own pole or have any other questions, please contact Larry Levine at (989) 774-2337.
