Learning to bend? Hand grip width?

Unread postby CAhighvaultage » Mon Jul 30, 2012 10:42 pm

As I'm beginning to bend the pole more and more, I'm using a very wide grip. I know that too wide of a grip can cause problems when getting inverted so should I begin to gradually narrow my grip?
