Lately I have been getting on bigger poles. Though I am seeing improvement I am still not getting vertical and I am flagging out. The following link is a video of a 4 left jump.

just do alot more of gymnastics! i had alot of trouble at this stage too. even handstands help. you have to get more comfortable with being upside down and you will definitely start to get more and more inverted. p.s make sure your elbow comes inside the bend of the pole!
