Half-way decent illustration of a 6 Step Jagodin with maxed out grip height. Also has some vids of my latest comeback attempt...

How high of a grip measured against your standing grip height? Should be well above 5 ft.

The grip height is 13'5 and the top of my hand is 7'4. So that makes a 6'1 differential. I have heard Bubka could grip 14'2 doing this same drill....

Becca...

This makes 6 years in a row now....Never really retired fully, but nonetheless still a comeback!
Normally though, I start training again in March and quit by May. This year I started training in August, so I think I am on the right track.
