Right Leg/Drive Leg

Unread postby noldenpv » Thu Mar 12, 2015 9:24 pm

Hey hopefully someone can help me out just looking for some new cues to try out.

I am a senior in college and have been vaulting for 6 years.

My problem is that as I am swinging and get my back to about parallel to the ground my drive leg essentially loses control, it drops down or goes off to the side and is preventing my from being able to shoot my hips up vertically and get the most out of my vault. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

This is almost always a key factor for vaulters at any level.
