First meet since May 2011

From a shorter run and low grip. I've had the yips since last fall and haven't actually jumped since then. My last meet was back in May 2011.

Started at 3.15m and finished clearing 3.60m. Last attempts were at 3.85m.

Poles: 13'7" 140 Spirit, 13'7" 155 Spirit. Started on the soft one since I was having so many issues taking off, then once I started blowing through went up a few poles and it worked out for a few jumps. I'm gripping down at about 12'3" or so.

Any feedback is appreciated. I just know I need to really fix my takeoff position so I don't start punching myself in the face with my left hand :dazed:

A little better this week. Was on a 13'7 155 gripping at about 12'7. This was my second attempt at 3.87m, just wasn't moving the pole at all. Standards were at 55, and are usually back at 75-80.
