Hi! first time posting,
I am a college vaulter, ive only vaulted a month in highschool before this year, just learned basics and everything, i went 8'6 during the month i tried it, now my best is 9'6 only after an entire year!
for heights 7'6-8 sometimes 8'6 i use a 120 11'6 pole holding at the top. and a 5 left
for higher heights i use a 110 12' pole holding about 6" down and a 6 left
I just got a new pole a 110 13' but i cant get myself in the pit enough to comfortably go over a bar :/ (trying a seven left)
ANY advice like drills or workout i can do will greatly benefit me, my coach only has us vault monday and wednesday and nothing else the rest.
all decent vaults this year
