A lot of positive aspects to your jumping!

The main thing I see is that you are burying your head in the box at the plant. This is preventing you from opening up your chest and is delaying your swing. Try looking up a little more at the plant, see what happens. I predict that you will get to the top of the pole sooner and be in a better position to catch the ride.

Most everything else looks great!

just a recommendation, try to finish your jump everytime.

not finishing might cause problems come competition time. i always try to jump with a bungee to work on my top, or to have something to extend and reach to.
