More push on the top

Unread postby atlegu » Thu May 10, 2012 5:28 pm

Sondre have been jumping little less than three years (and does all other kinds of sports as well). I am coaching him, but don´t have to much experience. So we are trying to learn from all smart people out there. (He want´s more feedback from me, and suggested I posted a question here :D )

Age: 12 (soon 13), around 5 feet and 88 lbs
Pole: 11 feet, 90 lbs.
Bungee: 9´10´´

Sondre feels that he ”miss” energy on the top, and does not get a good push. We are looking for some advice on what to work on.

All other advices are of course also welcome!

Both a pull, turn, push and stiffer pole will help.
