Try posting this in the video review section. The biggest thing i see on the video is you cut your swing short; as if your trying to ball up. As soon as you take off start that swing and keep it long dont pull your knee in or try to tuck. Think of it like this you leg is a lever the longer the lever the stronger it is.

You are an extraordinary strong athlete, it is amazing your PR is only 9'6. I suggest a pole that is 6 inches longer.

If you stop the video when you can draw a line between your top hand and the box, your trail leg is bent. Lengthening the trail leg all the way through the swing will make the pole kick you up and in the correct time. At the top of the vault drive your body as close to your pole as possible as your are doing very well. I think a longer pole will help you in driving both handing up into your jump. Your shoulders are reacting nicely.
