i really want to put a video up... how do i do that?
it's nothin special, just me vaultin in a meet the 2nd day i had my pole clearing 11'6"... and my form is kinda bad but i just want to post one up to get some tips

Its really easy if you have a way to connect your camera to the computer.
If it is already on the computer, then go to a video hosting website (I use www.video.google.com). Make and account (it's free!) and follow the instrictions.
