Bubka's coach(es) after Petrov?

I found the following explanation from Petrov at IAAF website (http://www.iaaf.org/news/kind=2/newsid=42750.html):
“At the same time Bubka was coaching himself with the help of assistants. I only asked him to stay in our training system created in Donetsk."


Who was he working with from 1990 to retirement? Anyone knows?
