How do you put a picture by your name so that when it says who wrote it it will show your pic also?

that is your avatar. it can be loaded by going to the "profile" page when you're logged in, and go down to the last section, titled "Avatar Control Panel" You can either upload it from your site, or from your computer. Knowing most of the people on this forum are not that computer literate, your best bet is probably to load from your computer.

There are file specifications though. They cannot be larger than 100x100 in width and height, and cannot be larger than 20kb in size.

Sadly, that picture i made for that page doesn't exist anymore because I got a server of my own now, but that will be up again soon now that I noticed it's missing
