Fast Progression

Unread postby mr.chaselewis » Thu Oct 10, 2013 9:28 pm

I just started Pole Vaulting in mid-March 2013 with Dean Starkey at Arizona Pole Vault Academy and as of mid-July I hit a practice bar PR of 15'6" going into my Senior year of High School. With only Five months of Pole Vault experience under my belt at the time i was wondering if this was a normal progression and how common it is for someone to pick up the sport this quick. Thank you
