...for pole vaulting? I get that reaction every time someone new finds out im a vaulter. I take it as a compliment.

the only person that says that is my Vault coach. HE says to pole-vault, you have to be crazy

we are all crazy when you put it in to perspective who would want to take a sticka dn try and fling them selves over a really high bar. not a sane person

Everytime i see someone that would be good at vaulting (body type, etc.) i ask them if they would try it. They say i am too crazy to do anything like that. I think its wicked awesome

Well, I got told that I was crazy before and after I started pole vaulting. So I'm kind of used to it now.

Yeah, i'd rather be crazy than normal...normal people scare me. They just sit there...like there gonna plan something, u can't trust them.

Yeah i get that "You're Crazy!" stuff, but then the question that always follows is "Aren't you scared?", and i'm like no not really...and they go on and say "whats it like to fall? Is it fun", well since i'm only a 10+ vaulter i don't fall as far as the elites, so i'm like "no i don't really remember what it feels like" and they are like "oh.."...
