mail to ESSX with the engraved portion of the pole that reads flex- size- serial number and we will mail you a label to bring your pole back to NFHS regs.

You must send a self address stamped envelope to 1220-G airport Freeway Suite 405 Bedford Texas 76022
with a photo of the engraved portion of the pole and a check for $15.00 per label made out to ESSX.
