Hand grip Question

Unread postby ramenvaulter » Sun Mar 15, 2009 1:59 am

I've been in search of a new pole an I have a quick question.
I'm in need of a 13ft7in 135lb ucs spirit.
on the official ucs spirit website it states that the pole has a hand grip of 12' 1" - 13' 1".
I understand the 13' 1" but not the 12' 1".
is the 12' 1"the measurment just above the warning tape?

I would imagine they are just saying that is the range for optimum performance of the pole.

The lower height just means that if you are gripping lower than that, you should buy a shorter pole.
