Was wondering if anyone has any suggestions on the best cleaning solution to use on moldy pit vinyl ?

Something with bleach in it? Just make sure to rinse it off really well afterward. A weaker soap would probably work too, just need some good sponges and elbow grease.

For light mildew on the top pad, I have had some luck with a solution of Oxi-Clean and warm water and sunlight. I sprayed it on lightly and scrubbed with a medium stiff brush, and let it sit in the sun.

For ground-in dirt on the sides, I have not had much luck with anything.
