I think ive decided to go with the reebok jw foster lj/pv for this season but theres no way im going to be able to find it in a local shop...which leaves me to order it. I'm pretty uncomfortable ordering shoes because i usually have to feel a shoe on me before i will decide to buy it. I'm just wondering if anybody has any advice on the reebok sizes? Do they run small? big? wide? narrow?
thanks

I just purchased the JW Foster lj/pv spikes. They seem to run a liitle small. I normally wear a 9.5, but I ordered a size 10 and they were just right. Got them at firsttothefinish.com

normally as in shoes or spikes....like your everyday shoes are 9.5 or your spikes are usually 9.5? Spikes in general seem to run small.

they're "spike risers" they add more height to your front end so you can stay up on your toes easier and longer during sprints, they came with my superfly g5's and they're great. however, i wouldnt really see them as completely necessary on the JW Fosters.
