Yep. You go into the 'Temporary Internet Files' folder and do a search for the name of the video you are looking for (in Neovault's case, the last name of the vaulter in the video usually gets it done).
Here's how:
After playing the video in your browser, click on 'Tools' at the top of your browser window. From the drop-down menu that appears, select 'Internet Options'. In the dialog box that pops up, on the 'General' tab, click on the far right button under 'Temporary Internet Files' that says 'Settings...'. In the Settings dialog box that opens, click on the middle button just above the bottom that says 'View Files'. A window will open. You are now in the 'Temporary Internet Files' folder.
In the window, you should see a fairly extensive list of file names. Press [ctrl + f] or click on the 'Search' button at the top of the window. At the right hand side of the window, a list of search options entitled "What would you like to search for?" should appear. Click the 'Pictures, music, or video' option at the top of the list. In the text field that appears, type in a key word that is in the title of the video that you are looking for.
For example, if you had just played the video of Brad Walker's 5.83m jump from Reno, you could type in Walker, and a quicktime video entitled 'walker19-2' should appear in the search results.
Once you have found the video that you are looking for, right-click it and select the 'Copy' option from the drop-down list that appears. Then minimize all the windows and right-click anywhere on the desktop where there isn't a file. Select the 'paste' option from the drop-down list that appears. A copy of the video should appear on your desktop.
You now have your video. Enjoy.
