That Special Food

What food do you HAVE to have with you at track meets?

When I was in high school, our thing was Peachy-O's. I don't know if I have one right now... maybe Balance or Luna Bars.

i used to be all about the red bulls. sometimes i'd drink up to 3 in a meet and just be completely wired. its a great stimulator for the meet, but the downer after ain't so great, but then again, who cares how you feel afterward. been taking it a little more conservative this year, stupid NCAA rules has caffiene down as a banned substance. but yea, always had to have my red bulls.

Fig Newtons! "They're not a cookie, they're a Newton!" And they're great for sharing with the crew. Licorice aint bad either, though it leads to vaulting with little bits of red or black candy stuck to my teeth.
Maybe I wasn't supposed to eat those paint chips?

I used to have to have spark , a nician based powder that you mix. Also we used to buy a huge pack of cookies from the dollar store.
ahh San Diego: women, sun , beaches, pole vault, what else do you need.

I love old threads! I totally forgot about Peachy-O's!

For most of college, it was peanut butter Zone Perfect bars. I have lived on those the past 3 or 4 years, and amazingly I am not sick of them yet.
