I have a back problem caused by vauting....
i think it was called "general smalling of the back between L5 and S1"... in other words I popped the gooey disc between my vertibrae and pinched a nerve making my right leg go numb.
on top of that my left side of my hip was shifted up and pinching the left side of my back, making my left leg tinge...
so basically, my back is pretty messed up because of vaulting. Is that going to stop me? LOL.....probably not!

"kinda" fresh isn't enough. Although you may feel good, your body is probably not healed yet. And re-injuring it before it is at 100% is even worse then the original injury. stay off it for a good while, and listen to your doctor/trainer
