Hey vaultmd, nice to hear from you.

Are there pole vaulters that can afford that kind of fancy gadget? How much do you think pole manufacturers could charge if they called their product iPoles? ;)

Plans were announced already. My bill would go DOWN by $30/month.

When you consider that I wouldn't have to travel with a laptop computer anymore if I had one of those, I would consider it a good deal. Besides, I would save $30/month on my bill and the change would pay for itself in 2 years.

I'm holding off for now. ATT, which formerly had the best network out there, now has among the worst. So I'm going to see how my friend's iPhone works out. Besides, with a wedding coming up, it's a good idea to keep money around. The other reason I'm holding off is that T-Mobile, my current provider, announced some new technology I'm interested in. I think the official announcement is July 5.

Actually Cingular bought ATT Wireless. The Cingular merged with the greater (as in bigger) ATT and changed the name back to ATT. They haven't done a very good job of merging the two networks. They claim that they are beefing up the network, but talk is cheap.

The answer to the other question is yes. Just got the invitations (8 page booklet) today. It's amazing what you can layout on a Mac.
