Here are the auto qualifiers from regionals. And the NCAA can take 5-7 athletes who didn't qualify at regionals.

By my estimation the the top 7 who didn't make it are:

They take the top 5 in regionals???

The way it was explained to me was top 5 go and how many more is up to the NCAA. They have a set number of total athletes that will be at nationals but not by event. Some athletes will qualify in more than one event so they can't say for sure how many vaulters will get in but it could be different for men and women and there could be more or less than say the high jump. Sounds mighty difficult to me.
