First day of practice!

First day of practice was yesterday, and a good old 6:45 am practice was today....here we go baby, it's all getting started. Can't walk worth a damn though, legs so sore!

With a new coach too. How many vaulters? Say hi to Becky Gauspohl. She used to vault with my daughter here in California.

We started wednesday....all toghether our track team has 38 new athletes...there are people everywhere now!!!

all i have to say is

lawrence johnson (as in arkansas ncaa championship 4x4 a few years ago.. not pv lojo)

and a little fire and desire
maybe some big sandy
and a lot of lord have mercy

if you have ever worked out with him.. youd know.. or you could always ask ray scotten about it.. im sure hed be sure to tell you...

That is really late.....we have a meet on the 14th.......so do you have absolutly NO practice until then?

You probably have some conference rules mixed in with the D3 rules there.

I know my conference has stricter rules than the NAIA does.

so, i looked it up and the first official day has to be after sept 7 or the first day of class. it must be a conference thing. but, our conference website doesnt have anything about it that i could find www.miaa.org
