Dead Week?

why is it that for just one week a year college coachs arent aloud to talk to or train high school students

i wasnt aware that college coaches were ever allowed to train high school students

well train probely wasnt the best word to use but just coach

NCAA allows for Clubs, Camps and Clinics. They must all be conducted according to strict rules. It is common practice nationwide.
