Nicole Bost of W&M PRs

Nicole Bost a sophomore at William and Mary vaults 3.37 at the Indoor CNU meet on Friday the 3rd. It was a 7 inch pr and she has now become the third best vaulter in school history.
She was holding 11-4 on a 12' 135. this is her third year training for the event and only the second year of fulltime training.
She had one good look at 11-6 but kicked out a little too much on the top. 3.60 is the ECAC indoor qualifiy mark. She will have 3 more chances to make that mark. UNC next weekend, V-Tech, and Liberty.

haha yes, thanks.
wondering if you would like to have an expose` at a camp this year on the essex poles. the camp will be held in late july if possible. that track is being resurfaced so it is one of those things where only time will tell.
