powerbars. only right before the meet tho. it must be a mental thing because i doubt that it actually gives me a boost. never tried caffein or anything like that.

Caffiene is just giving you the energy you can bring out in yourself if you dig deeper.... but its still fun to vault on a buzz like that :P. Im a big fan of simple trail mix and gatorade before a meet. I used to have a weird friend that would drink milk 15 minutes before a race. He was a 400, 200 runner. If i drank milk i think it would end up back on the track after the race.
