Almost all the weight training you'll probably need for now you can get from a high bar, a track, and some gym mats. :yes:

EIU, would you recommend tossing any plyometrics into training at this point, or should i keep it to vaulting/lifting?


I caution against recommending plyos to someone I haven't actually seen in action. For now I think the lifting and vaulting will be sufficient. For plyos you need someone who knows what s/he is doing regarding form AND organization of training.
