"Gymnastics"

Unread postby saraf » Wed Nov 29, 2006 12:47 am

I see all these posts and topics talking about gymnastics. So I Figured that I would come up with my own version of gymnastics. I think that a lot of the aspects of what my version of gymnastics is helpful for pole vault but i don't think it is that safe or a viable source of training. But none the less I figured i would share my video with the world

Saraf's video

WOW!! I just watched Adam's gymnastics routine...that was hillarious!! I was definitely entertained!! Especially with the last outtake! Don't you hate it when you see the bar, but just can't reach it. Ya know, when you see yourself miss it and know you are about to crash, on you face, on the ground....That was great!

Hey EIU... show a little respect for the lady...

And Jess, how is the training going? Just in case you don't remember I jump at Bethel in the NAIA, and am the male teammate of Danae Ellison. Good luck this season and see you in Johnson City! Whats the PR up to now? 14 isn't it?
