I am doing my first triathlon on september 19th
Its going to be a 1/2 mi swim, 5k run, and 10 mi bike.
I think the hardest thing will be the swim I swam a mile in boy scouts like 3 years ago but I suck at swimming now.
Has anyone else done a tri? howd you do?

Participated once in our National (The Netherlands) Championship 'Wintertriathlon'
20k Run / 100k Bike / 40k Speed skating. I finished 17th in 5:46
