Interested in a pole vault camp in Hawaii?

I've been to Hawaii many times but vaulted there for the first time at USATF Nationals this summer. What a great place and it was great seeing you too Spencer. I'm in!! Please keep me in the loop. Bubba

Right now it's not looking too good if there isn't much of an interest in a camp in Hawaii.

Are there better times to do this in the year than around Christmas?

What would you or could you pay to come to Hawaii for a camp?

The December thing is good because elite coaches and vaulters would be able to come. From Reno on out, it get's pretty busy for these elite vaulters and coaches.

Even though, we might be able to get someone along the west coast to come out for a weekend.

On a local level, we don't have enough vaulters to make enough money to send over elite coaches and vaulters. But we will have a clinic on January 7, at the University of Hawaii.

This isn't something that we would make money from. I just thought it would be a blast.

I just recently spoke to Pat Licari.

He indicated that both himself, Brad Walker, and Kate Soma are very interested in putting on a camp in Hawaii next year around this time.

All we need to do is find out if there are people interested out there to make this happen.

I will do some research to costs and housing situations.
