Pole Tips... Essex on UCS

The tips are not bigger on one side and you can rotate them all you want. I have pretty much switched completely to Essx and all the tips seem to really hold up.

All I use are essx poles, and the tips are extremely durable. I have the pole I used as a freshman and the tip is still good, and it is used every day.
