Thanks for the reply I find that even flex numbers can be more confusing.
1. They do not match up from one length to the next no matter the brand.
2. They do not match up with various brands.
3. Some companies have used a differrent flex system on odd years as a pose to even years.
4. Some companies have changed their flex spans, system, and number at least 4 times over the history of their production.
5. Flex numbers only provide relative stiffness between size within the same length no matter the brand.
OK so that is why I use the metric system and the power number. ANd the 2.2 lbs rating system
