carbon poles. how to?

about to move to a 14 foot carbon and was wondering if there are any small tweaks that are different from jumping with a normal pole?
get over or get out

What size pole were you on before and what size is the new pole?

was a very soft 13-7 ucs 170lb rating. the new pole is a 14ft 165 carbon. just man up and jump it?
