Training up to this point?

so during your first week, your average workout was only 30min??? cause thats the only way it adds to 8 hours??? or was this once the 20 hour rule started? :eek:

please don't respond for fear you may get yourself in trouble with the NCAA folks.

after the 20 hour rule of course.. i may have been off with my week counting.. it all starts to feel the same. and ironically the morning cardio is all only like 15-20. it was just like 2 mile jogs used generally as a shake out from other activities.

the 20 hours started this week... now nothing we do is "suggested voluntary"... it's all scheduled practice :mad:

The NCAA limits the number of hours you can practice. Early in the season there are stricter limits.

It translates into a lot of "optional" practices.

Interesting. I'm sure that rule is in place because of abuses in the past. I had never heard of it though. Thank you for the clarification.
