A good book takes time.

It was all Russ V's idea, and fault –ha ha. At first the plan was to reprint the Ganslen stuff. But we could not get together with the family on a price for the copyright. I think, in fact, they actually had none of the original materials to sell us.
Sooooo, when that failed, we elected to take on the history project. Russ was awesome! He deserves much of the credit. He had written several books and guided us in the right direction. Sometimes with a little light cussing on my part!
Probably from beginning to end the project it took 3 years. The last year in particular we worked on it steady everyday….sometimes very late into the night. It kind of reminded me of working on my Masters Thesis in college. Several very time consuming things had to happen to pull it together.
