Burns vaulting to success at Ohio State University

Watkins Memorial graduate Kyle Burns has started the indoor track season strong for the Ohio State men's team. Burns finished second in the pole vault, clearing 15-feet-5, at the Cedarville Invitational on Friday.

On Jan. 10, Burns also cleared 16-0 in the pole vault to win the event in the Rev. Mike Hout Invitational at Capital University. Burns was competing unattached in both competitions.
The Ohio State season continues Jan. 30 and 31 in the Penn State National Invitational.
