He has added upper body strength this year. He is still as quick on the runway.

It's heating up to a good NCAA indoor season, with Colwick clearing 5.67 in Nebraska this weekend ... passing Scott Roth's 5.66 from a couple weeks ago! There's no question why ... after starting at 5.50 ... Colwick went straight to 5.67!
